pyramid8 are recruiting for a sales support administrator to join their client in wetherby. these are brand new roles that are available due to significant growth this year. i am looking to speak to candidates that ideally have a passion for the property market that have a proven track record in administration or customer service. my client doesn t only offer a fantastic working environment but also the chance to work with a growing business with so many opportunities to progress. the role is very varied and is an excellent opportunity to give someone a great overview the role: check client care pack have been issued to vendors assist vendors fill out their client care documentation assist with id verification chase the return of client care documentation to solicitors provide customer support to vendors assist with sales team administration update clients regarding the sale process arrange property surveys ensuring reports are returned in a speedy manner distribute returned valuations to the relevant parities chase urgent valuations spreadsheet admin update the team managers on the progress of each file upload information onto the inhouse software optimise the internal versus external courier methods. manage the relationship with 3rd party companies arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed, returned, and handled with care liaise with all departments within the business and deliver efficient service prioritise workload to meet deadlines assist vendors fill out their client care documentation assist with id verification desktops & rics surveys requests update the team managers on the progress of each file upload information onto alto software responding to viewing requests answering incoming calls and booking in viewings chasing feedback from viewings creating property brochures on our online portal booking in photography appointments at properties booking in appointments with third party agents optimise the internal versus external courier methods. manage the relationship with 3rd party companies arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed and handled with care liaise with all departments within the business and deliver efficient service prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines any ad hoc duties as required by senior management to apply for the role, you must have: excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport excellent organisation skills and attention to detail ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure excellent problem-solving skills computer literate proactive high levels of customer service benefits newly refurbished office gym, bar, chill out area progression fantastic environment
