adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a service dispatcher job in buffalo grove, illinois. this is a temporary to possible hire opportunity. as a dispatcher you will be responsible for ensuring confirmation of technician’s pre-call and daily site check are completed for each customer. if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!

responsibilities for this service dispatcher job include:

  • confirm technician arrive at the customer’s site by the scheduled time
  • conduct time sensitive confirmation calls on over 100 work orders per day
  • collect information from customers and/or technicians and log into tracking system
  • dispatch 40 – 50 work orders per day based on priority
  •  

    qualifications:

  • excellent communications skills: outstanding phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • demonstrated ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a business or customer facing setting
  • experience in high level outbound call center supporting technology a plus
  • pay for this position is $17/hr. shift tuesday – saturday 10:00am – 6:30pm.
