adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a service dispatcher job in buffalo grove, illinois. this is a temporary to possible hire opportunity. as a dispatcher you will be responsible for ensuring confirmation of technician’s pre-call and daily site check are completed for each customer. if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!

responsibilities for this service dispatcher job include:

confirm technician arrive at the customer’s site by the scheduled time

conduct time sensitive confirmation calls on over 100 work orders per day

collect information from customers and/or technicians and log into tracking system

dispatch 40 – 50 work orders per day based on priority

 

qualifications:

excellent communications skills: outstanding phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and concisely

demonstrated ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments

bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a business or customer facing setting

experience in high level outbound call center supporting technology a plus

pay for this position is $17/hr. shift tuesday – saturday 10:00am – 6:30pm.
