adecco is assisting a national client in recruiting for customer service representatives in the surrounding areas of jacksonville, fl. all candidates must be located in surrounding areas of jacksonville to travel to our client's site for 3 weeks of training. if you meet the qualifications below, apply now!

pay rate: $15/hr.

shift: must have a flexible schedule, weekends included

there is a possibility of working remote 2 weeks at a time after training!

this position is responsible for processing of return credits and exchanges, processing of customer appeasements, backorder communication and management, and/or the processing of chargebacks. additionally, this position works with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class service to internal and external customers.  

the successful individual will leverage their proficiency in customer service to:

  • support daily operations including order processing, and returns & exchanges processing
  • process returns – review and accurately process customer return credit and/or exchange requests. reconcile mystery returns using sap (s4 fashion)
  • manage backorders - manage inventory transfer requests and communicate shipping delays to customers. work with stores to route dc out-of-stock inventory for fulfillment
  • order processing – review and process customer credits, charges and appeasements. resolve any holds or payment issues to facilitate order processing.
  • provide additional support and assist with special projects as needed
  •  

    the accomplished individual will possess:

  • experience working with microsoft excel, outlook, and teams.
  • basic computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task and attention to detail
  • strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills are required.
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced work environment
  • ability to interpret data and report appropriately
  • flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
  • an outstanding professional will have:

  • minimum of 1 year consumer service or chargebacks experience
