we are recruiting for a receptionist to join our business to be a point of contact for the preston campus and provide customer service to all.

you will be responsible for managing the visitor experience from start to finish and allow and monitor access to the site as well as providing administrative support to the executive support team and others, as required.

principal accountabilities:

manage the visitor experience including meeting and greeting, preparing refreshments for meetings, and coordinating catering contractorsmanage the car parking diary, allocating car parking spaces to visitors both internal and external. coordinate the off boarding of office staff using the paxton road car parkissue new id/access passes and manage temp passes as requiredpost and deliveries - accepting, signing, delivering to staff, arranging couriersoversee the management of all meeting rooms including setting up of samemanage stationery and business meeting suppliesfirst aider and fire marshalissue and manage visitor passes and signing of non-disclosure agreementsbe proactive and responsive to any reported issues by staff in relation to the preston campusto undertake any other duties as required by the businessthis receptionist role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: receptionist, admin, ms office, outlook, word, excel.
