adecco is proud to partner with tritium technologies to help them recruit and hire a full-time inventory specialist in lebanon, tn. tritium designs and manufactures proprietary hardware and software to create advanced and reliable dc fast chargers for electric vehicles

the hours for this position are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. but are subject to change with some advanced notice.

an inventory specialist develops inventories of all materials, verifies counts of inventory receipts and bills of lading, and maintains a reporting system relative to the inventory incoming and outgoing. makes sure all materials are transferred in the system properly from each location and are backflushed correctly and timely.

 

key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance, and developing protocols for loss mitigation.
  • keeps daily accounts of any variances between physical and 
  • system inventory and does a root cause analysis on each to ensure any process gaps are cleaned up.
  • goes the next step to make sure the people involved are made aware and trained in the proper process.
  • responsible for physical inventory count and cycle counts and the frequency needed to maintain an accurate inventory.
  • works with finance to ensure communication of financial gains/losses and process changes.
  • coordinates with other tritium plants for any intercompany inventory transfer issues or discrepancies. works to resolve and root cause these problems within a timely manner.

    qualifications and competencies:

  • strong proficiency in microsoft excel and other microsoft software
  • clerical years exp. 2- years degree or equivalent.
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • experience with netsuite a plus.
  • good written and verbal communication skills.
  • strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  •  

  • a base salary of  $65k-$75k
