we are a busy cafe seeking a competent and experienced barista to join our team. applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

you will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
you must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
you will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
in addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
