we are looking for someone who can play a vital role in developing the in-house recruitment division in our growing, friendly and successful company.

this is not a sales role and offers full flexibility for hybrid working.

what will you be doing?

due to client demand, our ultimate solution now needs an experienced recruiter to head the division, drive success and fulfil client requests.

you will be working closely with the account managers to translate client recruitment processes and execute inhouse / outsourced recruitment campaigns.

some of your duties will include:

understanding and scoping recruitment campaigns for hiring companies writing job adverts and posting them in the relevant channels reviewing applicants and screening for suitability hosting and running zoom / online video interview campaigns sourcing & approaching candidates where necessary making recommendations and providing feedback on applicants to clients collating data, report writing, updating workflows, and achieving success assisting hiring companies throughout the onboarding process driving business development of the department through the sales and operations departments achieving kpis and building a profitable business unit plus, other general duties as required; working as part of a small & efficient team you will also be involved in the overall growth and development of the company

what makes a good recruitment campaign about advertising channels, headhunting, recruitment marketing & analytics how to screen, interview & onboard candidates about testing, assessing and recruitment technology how to manage your time and motivate yourself how to get results through others spreadsheets, outlook, word, powerpoint, google docs & crm’s

ideally you will be cipd or rec qualified (or looking to study, funding provided)
