Contact center agent - united states, st. charles (missouri)

looking for your next adventure? adecco staffing is looking for a contact center agent in bridgeton, mo

$16 hr. 6-month position with a possible extension

*6am-230pm 1st shift, including weekends and holidays (specific work hours and days off to be discussed with the manage.

responsibilities:

receive incoming calls from customers.

determine the priority of the service request and set customer expectations.

enter appropriate information into the system and send call to appropriate dispatch center to dispatch a technician.

determine if equipment is under warranty

requirements:

customer service experience

accounting/billing background

high school diploma or ged required. 0-2 years related experience required.
