job description:

  • lead manufacturing team in the scale up, automation, and implementation of electronic assembly manufacturing processes
  • apply root cause analysis techniques to trouble shoot process issues and improve manufacturing quality and throughput  
  • provide technical assistance, training, and manufacturing support to the electronic hardware manufacturing team.
  • develop and drive manufacturing process changes through medical device engineering change control process
  • write manufacturing process specifications and sops as required and develop and deliver training to operators and supervisors
  • draft and implement process validations including iq, oq, and pq protocols with risk assessments and design file information.
  • support the implementation of company mes and erp applications software
  • qualifications:

  • minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in process engineering in electronic assembly or related field
  • b.s., engineering in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or automation disciplines preferred
  • proficient to excellent skills working in solid works, windows os & microsoft office suite
  • must be organized and have excellent prioritization skills
  • excellent communication skills to work with different departments within the organization
  • ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work well in a fast-paced environment
  • strong analytical skills
  • strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
