adecco is looking for an operations supervisor to serve as team leader and administrative coordinator for the print & mail operations team at our client’s main office in beaverton, or. this candidate will be tasked with supervising a team of approximately 15 full-time employees and contract staff, ensuring they meet attendance and productivity goals while remaining motivated and supported in an occasionally high-stress environment. this candidate must be a self-starter and able to succeed with minimal oversight. they must also be driven to improve and willing to identify areas of improvement, suggesting sop and reporting revisions when available. above all else, this candidate must be comfortable with physical work, including being on their feet for several hours at a time, and able to lift 25-50 lbs.

responsibilities for the operations supervisor position includes but are not limited to:
two shift times are available:
day: 8:30am – 5:00pm
swing: 4:30pm – 1:00am
reliable transportation is essential since public transit is not available in the evening for the swing shift, and buses frequently operate at modified schedules due to reduced staffing and/or neighborhood construction rerouting.
