salary: up to gbp31,043.29

shift pattern: 24/7 shift pattern - a 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. average of 42 hours per week.

operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.

what are your daily tasks as a multi-skilled process operative?

operate standard process machinery - full training provided.

making up of products manually as well as automated

ensure the effective running of the process plant and successfully delivering product to the production area.

off-loading of tankers and receiving of raw materials into the process area.

complete quality checks, accurately record results, reporting any non-conformances.

ability and behaviours to work to strict guidelines and standards.

basic sampling of products and materials through the use of lab testing equipment.

work as part of a team to ensure that your area and the site is audit-ready at all times.

contribute to meeting team and company-wide process targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

have previous experience of working within a fast-moving consumer goods (fmcg) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential.
