adecco is assisting a local client recruit site visit coordinators in houston, tx. the site visit coordinators will be responsible for conducting required visits to residential settings and validating state site compliance against a set of criteria. they will identify compliance issues and provide remediation planning while maintaining detailed record keeping. the position requires high- level literacy, strong verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, reliable transportation for frequent travel within assigned territory, excellent time management skills, solid judgment, and a strong work ethic. this position requires monday through friday 8-5 availability. client requires all candidates to be full vaccinated.
key responsibilities are as follows:
conduct face- to- face scheduled visits within the assigned territory.
manage scheduled visits within local territory by utilizing various equipment and tools.
meet all contractual obligations while establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.
develop interpersonal relationships with peers, workgroups, and leadership while working remotely.
participate in team training and workgroups in addition to fulfilling individual territory responsibilities.
perform any other related duties as assigned.
special job requirements: remote worker. minimum of 90% travel within territory. must reside in the assigned territory.
job qualifications:
basic qualifications:
minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service or client management role
reliable transportation
intermediate computer skills
observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.
excellent verbal and written communication skills
detail-oriented
customer service experience
ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion
preferred qualifications:
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to self -monitor
proficiency in microsoft office suite: word, excel, outlook
