Site visit coordinator- san antonio - united states, san antonio oeste

adecco is assisting a local client recruit site visit coordinators in san antonio, tx. the site visit coordinators will be responsible for conducting required visits to residential settings and validating state site compliance against a set of criteria. they will identify compliance issues and provide remediation planning while maintaining detailed record keeping. the position requires high- level literacy, strong verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, reliable transportation for frequent travel within assigned territory, excellent time management skills, solid judgment, and a strong work ethic. this position requires monday through friday 8-5 availability. client requires all candidates to be full vaccinated.

 

key responsibilities are as follows:

  • conduct face- to- face scheduled visits within the assigned territory.
  • manage scheduled visits within local territory by utilizing various equipment and tools.
  • meet all contractual obligations while establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.
  • develop interpersonal relationships with peers, workgroups, and leadership while working remotely.
  • participate in team training and workgroups in addition to fulfilling individual territory responsibilities.
  • perform any other related duties as assigned.

    special job requirements: remote worker. minimum of 90% travel within territory. must reside in the assigned territory.

    basic qualifications:

  • minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service or client management role
  • reliable transportation
  • intermediate computer skills
  • observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.

  • ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion
  • preferred qualifications:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
