Regional sales manager - united states, sierra colorado

adecco search is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire regional sales manager position in denver, co. as a regional sales manager you will be collaborating and working closely with other members of the commercial team to solve customer challenges, providing input on future and current opportunities and challenges in the assigned region.this client is in the waste water industry and provides a great team culture, competitive benefits and salary, including bonus and car reimbursement. this position is 100% remote and will be managing a team of 5-10 employees. 

responsibilities: 

direct sales, business development, and growth for assigned region by meeting or exceeding goals

manage manufacture’s reps and distributors by providing training and support of product lines, recommends changes to relationship status to lead regional and commercial manager as needed and follows through with agreed upon actions

seek every opportunity to increase market share, revenue and profitability by attending trade shows, performing sales and information presentations at a water industry conferences, engineering firms and customer’s sites.

 

requirements:

3+ years of sales experience in the water industry

bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, science, or related field

must be able to travel up to 40% of time depending on territory demands at any specific time.

excellent written and verbal communication skills needed for product presentations to customers, engineers, and others.

strong attention to detail and time management skills

product knowledge

valid driver’s license and clean driving record
