responsibilities:
-partner with executive vice president (evp) and business unit leadership team to support the development of key business strategies, with a focus on delivering the agreed profitability targets through analysis to drive revenue, gross margin, cost targets and ebit improvements
-comprehensive monthly business performance reporting to senior management on a timely basis, providing fact based insight and commentary of business performance, articulating the key drivers compared to budget, forecast, and prior year
-conduct analysis of market growth/share, ensuring a detailed understanding of the competitor landscape, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business
qualifications:
-10+ years in finance roles including fp&a and with the last 2 years having demonstrated senior experience in commercial finance role with exposure to commercial environment and working with leadership teams
-industry experience or exposure to manufacturing / supply chain activities desirable
-bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, finance or business administration
-cpa or ca professional qualification / license
