adecco is currently seeking customer service representatives for a local client
responsibilities
interface with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functionsschedule field service repair callsdetermine status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etchandle requests for additional company materialsmaintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricingresolve return credit problemswork on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is requiredminimum requirements/qualifications
high school diploma, ged or equivalent requiredprior experience working in a pharmacy setting preferredknowledge of healthcare terminology and experience in a healthcare environment preferredcompetent in basic computer skills and proficiency in microsoft applicationshighly motivated and committed to excellence with a positive attitudestrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressureprofessional telephone mannerstrong attention to detailschedule mon - fri 10am - 7pm cst with a 1 hour lunch break
