Customer service representative - united states, longview (texas)

adecco is currently seeking customer service representatives for a local client

responsibilities

  • interface with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • schedule field service repair calls
  • determine status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc
  • handle requests for additional company materials
  • maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing
  • resolve return credit problems
  • work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
  • minimum requirements/qualifications

  • high school diploma, ged or equivalent required
  • prior experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred
  • knowledge of healthcare terminology and experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • competent in basic computer skills and proficiency in microsoft applications
  • highly motivated and committed to excellence with a positive attitude
  • strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • professional telephone manner
  • strong attention to detail
  • schedule mon - fri 10am - 7pm cst with a 1 hour lunch break
