Ecommerce sales administrative assistant (hybrid role) - united states, richmond

adecco is currently seeking an administrative assistant to grow their portfolio of business through new and existing (b2b2c) retailers

responsibilities

  • responsible for contributing to consumer markets growth
  • achieve sales and profit budget objectives
  • support the account creation and onboarding processes for new customers and growth of existing accounts through collaboration with different departments, including operations, it, finance, marketing, data & pricing analytics
  • provide problem solving and troubleshooting in servicing existing accounts
  • report & manage data including salesforce.com data, funnel reporting, and kpi status updates
  • minimum requirements/qualifications

  • high school diploma, ged or equivalent required
  • at least one year of sales administrative assistance, account management, or consumer markets assistance
  • schedule mon - fri general business hours
