desired skills & experience:

 associate’s degree or higher. open to all majors and concentrations

 we welcome a wide range of experiences from journalism, military, and operational roles

about the role:

as an analyst, you will be an integral part of our system training process, serving as a resourceto help define impactful factors to improve our grading systems.

please note that the analyst position is an hourly contractor role with a set wage. this role is fully remote and approximately 40 hours/week, and requires the ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

who you are:

you are a new graduate or digital media professional who is interested in politics, news, online content, and social media.

desired skills:
- excellent english language skills, both written and verbal communication
- ability to work remotely as a part of a team
- demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing work-flows and responsibilities
- audit and programmatically apply business rules for data validation
- qa live data feeds to improve the quality of the dataset output
- participate in ux user research studies for internal qa tools
- stay up-to-date on new policies, processes, and procedures impacting the qa workflow
- goal and result-oriented mindset

 

pay for this position is $18.50/hr

candidates must be able to workweekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

this is a long-term temporary opportunity.
