we are currently looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie for a luxury hotel in forest row. the kitchen team is expanding and we have a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning, friendly brigade as chef de partie. you will supervise your kitchen section and assist the executive chef and sous chef with the operation of the kitchen to the highest standards laid down by the hotel.

a hotel & country club situated in forest row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in sussex. the hotel has a beautiful spa. the dining offering includes a 2 aa rosettes, 90 cover restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
