they are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their already successful team, who can help them continue to deliver an efficient, customer focused and professional service to their ever-growing customer base.
responsibilities of the internal sales administrator:
responsibilities are varied and include producing and chasing quotations, processing orders, speaking daily with customers and suppliers and populating data using their crm configuration system.
along with day to day administration duties there will be a need to support the field sales team.
requirements of the internal sales administrator:
are you a highly organised, hands on individual with the ability to manage detailed information and complex processes, along with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn?
this role needs a proactive and dynamic approach, with a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
computer literacy, highly proficient in the use of microsoft word, excel and outlook.
