sales and trainee sales executive roles - minimum of £19,000 plus uncapped commission-based in our fareham office.

monday – thurs 8.45 am – 5.30 pm friday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm or 1 pm if weekly company target met. no evenings or weekends!

key skills needed:

to contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, and ongoing training.

outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature

be proactive and able to manage large numbers of outbound calls.

some b2c or f2f sales or customer service experience would be an advantage but not a showstopper for a trainee role

or

b2b or b2c sales experience for at least a year for a role as a sales executive role.

as a trainee, you will be given fantastic training and coaching for you to be able to make confident calls that enable the business to obtain and retain customers

as an experienced sales executive you will receive full induction and on-going support of our training manager

you will be calling business owners/directors/decision-makers to discuss their current mobile phone needs. it couldn’t be easier; we have a large database of pre-screened leads for you to call on.
