Production control coordinator - united states, lancaster (pennsylvania)

adecco is hiring immediately for production control coordinator with a local client in coatesville, pa. production control coordinators perform essential duties with pay starting at $20.50/hour, with potential for overtime.
 

responsibilities:

communicate effectively, understand logistical environment and display business acumen

proficient in production flow and wip management

perform activities related to ensure distribution and logistical support for all customer requirements

assist materials management as a resource of effective problem solving across the department

assist the shipping and receiving department to support customer demand

aged wip tracking and resolution

expedites release of product as required

truck scheduling experience a must

working the commercial invoicing for worldwide shipments
 

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent

2 years’ experience

knowledge of materials management, domestic and international shipping

strong operations and/or materials experience

ability to work with all levels of management
