Customer service representative (hybrid opportunity) - united states, jacksonville (north carolina)

adecco is currently seeking a customer service representative for a local client

responsibilities

interface with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

determine status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc

schedule field service repair calls.

handle requests for additional company materials

maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, product changes, and/or product pricing

resolve return credit problems

minimum requirements/qualifications

high school diplma, ged or equivalent required

at least 1 year of call center, telephone customer service or sales experience

schedule mon - fri 11am - 8pm

location north cary

public transportation routes 7 and 310

driving instructions off of weston parkway and evans road

type of assignment temp-to-perm opportunity
