branch service advisor
the service advisor is responsible for supporting the branch manager performing inventory, parts ordering and restocking, repair orders and customer’s service.
responsibilities:
· schedule service appointments
· handles emergency breakdowns
· check with technician on vehicle status and provide updates to clients
· obtain vehicle information & check vehicle into workshop
· open/close repair orders
· handles telephone inquiries
· will be trained in cdk/igloo
· deals with customer complaints in a sensible manner
requirements:
· a least 2 year of previous work experience desire
· basic knowledge of gmail, word, and excel
· strong written/oral communication and people management skills required
· excellent customer service skills
· regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
