taking complete ownership of the barkeeping up to date with drink trends including cocktail creation, product sourcingproactive management of a large teamhave the ability to drive their staff and business forwardfull engagement and involvement in back-office operations including stock management, rota planning, ordering etc.local level marketing to promote the brand and the bar and to increase top line salesall aspects of health & safetywhat we would love from you:
