as sous chef, in our kitchen you will be part of a small team cooking from scratch with fresh produce from our excellent suppliers. there will be lots of opportunity for career progression for the right sort of person.

full eligibility to work in the uk is essential, as are strong communication and people skills. real knowledge and a love of food would also be very welcome.
