night manager - 4 star hotel - bracknell

we are currently looking to recruit an experienced night manager for a 4 star hotel in bracknell. as night manager you will manage the hotel as duty manager, and extend the hotel's customer services to guests during the night, safeguarding the hotel's property for the welfare of guests and employees.

our client is an independently owned hotel in bracknell, with over 200 bedrooms, swimming pool, gym, live music venue and restaurants.

the night manager will have:

previous experience in this kind of role and comfortable doing night audits - or a passion and excellent willing to learn - and has also got the desire to utilise their outstanding customer service skills, working proactively and using their own initiative.a strong operational record in hospitality, with a sound knowledge of reception managementdemonstrable experience of managing a teamopera experienceconfidence to open or close shifts and take paymentspolite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.good it skills and a competent user of microsoft office.a high standard of personal presentation.previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.a calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.your own reliable transport to the bracknell area is essential.a great opportunity for an experienced night manager to join an established hotel.
