description

a european leading edge bespoke ice cube design manufacturer requires production assistants to join our very cool, happy, hardworking team, and to help us maintain our high level of efficient and reliable ice production. we provide bespoke ice cubes to the savoy, gordon ramsay, the ivy and all of london’s top restaurants and events.

all you need is the right attitude - we can teach skill, however we cannot teach attitude, so as long as you have the right attitude, you’ll be fine.

you must be/have:

hard working, and fast. high paced environment, it’s ice and melts. you need to be quick
punctual (on time) and reliable
attention to detail, care about the product, committed and willing to get the job done.
willing to work weekend shifts, two saturdays and sundays per month
strong and fit – able to lift 12kg bags of ice
must have uk visa to work

the role:

shifts:

7am – 5pm monday – friday - saturday 10% higher pay rate - sunday 15% higher pay rate



50 – 66 hours per week – depending on season – more hours available
packing bags of ice by hand – 12kg / packing bags of ice with machinery – 12kg
manufacturing ice cubes by hand with equipment – size 50mm
recording stock levels manufactured
cleaning down production area after shift – water / brush

the faster you work, the more money you make - extra weekly bonus based on daily manufacturing quantities/targets - £3,900 – £5,272 per year based on performance
wage between £26,000 - £35,152 per year based on hours worked
