icebox is uk and europe’s leading ice experts serving the industry’s event organisers, venues, pr and marketing agencies. we are looking for a vibrant experienced admin helper to join our small team of ice experts. this is a fantastic opportunity to link in to the event and hospitality industry in london!
we are looking for a talented administrator, we have no age requirements, you can be 18 or 88 years old, to join our team to provide an efficient and effective support service in respect of all administration duties to ensure a successful and effective running of the office. each day will be different, you will become a pro at multitasking and be kept on your toes!
you must be/have:
microsoft office experience – word/excel
email experience, good writing skills
hard working, and fast. high paced environment, you need to be quick
fluent english, punctual (on time) and reliable
attention to detail, care about the product, committed and willing to get the job done.
must be – positive, energised, able to multi task good english, good phone manner diplomas and degrees not essential but an added bonus
the role:
answering phones, taking orders, entering orders liaising with clients/suppliers managing office systems clerical duties and learning all about how to run a small business there will also be an opportunity in some marketing and social media activity
8:30am – 5:30pm monday – friday
you will be part of the team growing and developing the icebox. you will be able to get involved in all aspects of the business with an insight into operations, accounts and sales. we are super supportive and nurturing of young talent!
