pay rate: competitive (average £9.50 per hour)

hours: 20 / 35 hours per week , monthly pay run

• sia licence required

• must be flexible and be able to work days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs.

• excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service always

• must have an excellent command of english language , reliable, responsible and punctual

• a friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character

• flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.

about you • be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

• able to work in a team as well as on your own and can be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative

• to ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, always providing an exceptional customer service ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded

• physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift

• to always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language

• have the it skills and the ability to understand and use varied access control and cctv systems and platforms / integrated systems (lots of sites use different systems)
