adecco is partnered with one of our best customers to help them recruit and hire a skilled automation specialist. the automation specialist is responsible for overseeing and improving industrial automated processes and equipment. the ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a manufacturing facility, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. excellent compensation and benefits are at your fingertips. 

responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

analyzing, preparing, and communicating reports on machinery for process improvements

maintaining, debugging, and troubleshooting robotic and plc programs

preparing technical documentation such as operating and training manuals

proactive in process and quality improvements

ensuring compliance with all legislative safety requirements

qualifications:

degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution. required field of study would include robotic technician, electrical engineering, industrial automation, mechatronics, and industrial controls

2 years of relevant experience related to industrial automation

ability to retain information and communicate effectively

strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

able to work 3-shift model: midnights, days, afternoons, and required ot
