responsibilities for member services roles include:

pleasantly performs efficient and accurate teller transactions.

retrieves messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.

pleasantly greets members; determines nature of business and announces them to the appropriate personnel.

answers incoming calls, determines the needs of callers, and forwards calls to the appropriate person or department.

assists members with their debit cards, credit cards and creating gift cards.

run, review and balances daily reports for debit cards and credit cards.

enters members’ transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts.

records and releases liens

filing, copying, collating
