Senior styling manager - luxury women's fashion - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco creative & marketing is seeking a freelance fashion stylist manager for a global women's luxury fashion brand in nyc! this opportunity is a long-term ongoing position with full time hours. it is a hybrid role (minimum 2 days onsite) at their office in downtown manhattan. known for its rich heritage and unique brand dna, our client offers a distinctive point of view and celebrates communities of women around the globe who live their perfectly imperfect lifestyles.

job responsibilities:

  • on set for mainline shoots (inclusive of guide and suggest, gift guides, social videos and branded content)
  • internal market shoots
  • fashion shows and presentations
  • create styling decks for market shoots
  • create styling and casting decks for fashion shows and presentations
  • style the following:

  • style shoots, such as guide & suggest, social campaigns and seasonal editorial, as needed.
  • oversee and manage

  • sample coordinators and freelance assistants to meet all styling and product needs
  • set up and prep for all style-outs and creative shoots
  • prep/dress/breakdown/return all product for seasonal fashion presentations
  • creation of master pull documents that track and coordinate all samples for multiple seasonal creative shoots across all categories
  • work cross functionally with closet sample coordinator, pr and ecom teams on sample coordination
  • pack/account/wrap/return all shoot product from all creative shoots
  • sample tracking etd’s
  • product accuracy
  • restocking styling kits
  • organizing and maintaining creative team sample closet
  • manage sample sale of wrapped seasons
  • dry cleaning of used samples
