our client is a leading regional law firm that holds an exceptional local, national, and international reputation in a diverse range of legal services. our solicitors are recognised for their strength and depth across many legal disciplines and are committed to delivering a quality driven service designed to meet the needs of each client. they believe in being a great place to work, helping our people achieve their work-related goals. the right candidate can expect to join a happy and supportive working environment. position key duties will include: • typing of correspondence, reports, and other documents - some audio typing included • open and close files • arranging client appointments • progression of case management system • updating third party portals such as the land registry and mortgage lender portals • answering telephone calls promptly, taking messages and following up where necessary • to use own initiative and be able to work as part of a team requirements you should: • have a high level of confidentiality. • have experience of secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in the professional services sector. • have excellent organisational and communication skills • be able to work as part of a team and communicate the team s needs to others. • be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • be able to prioritise and organise workload. • be reliable and diligent, with good attention to detail. other information this is a permanent position and can be based at lincoln, louth, market rasen, grimsby or hull office. salary is tbc, dependent on experience
