we have an exciting new role based in and around the dereham locality
the job role:
the clients you will work with have a range of interventions including epilepsy, peg, personal care, tracheostomy, challenging behaviors, diabetes and medications.
this is a part time position between 16 and 24 hours per week and alternate weekends.
responsibilities:
personal care including bowel management
medication management
moving and handling including the use of a hoist.
epilepsy
social interaction
tracheotomy management
completion of daily recording paperwork
reporting safeguarding concerns
shifts:
07:00-09:00 and then 16:30-18:30
once a week 07:00 -18:30
weekends are normally 11:00-17:00.
21:30-07:30 when required.
