about the role
at sodexo we are passionate about the services we deliver. we currently have an opportunity for a security receptionist to join our team in colchester. this is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
the key role is to make sure all customers are delivered the highest quality of service through efficient management of the service desk and continuous improvement to service delivery.
as our go to person, you'll ensure all passes are processed correctly and ensure all protocols and procedures are always followed correctly. you won't ever need to worry about two days being the same!

your previous experience in a customer facing role, brilliant communication skills and it knowhow will help you as you become an important part of our larger team. you will be maintaining accurate records, either manually or via our in-house computer systems/programmes.
sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. there will be company procedures to follow alongside our health & safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this.
as you'll need to undertake security checks for this role we'll need to see your 3-year employment history as well as evidence of uk residency for the last 3 years.
