due to the growth of the company our client is looking for a qualified and experienced mortgage adviser to join the team.

our client is a directly authorised brokerage specialising in residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages, bridging & development finance and protection policies. they currently have over 700+ great reviews and we expect the company to grow further in the coming years.

they expect candidates to have good experience within the mortgage market and have a track record of writing business in a variety of areas such as first time buyers, home movers, remortgages, buy to let etc.

the role will be mainly writing secured loan business (2nd mortgages) and providing protection advice to clients. full training will be provided if you have not written this type of business before.

leads will be provided and these come from a variety of sources such as introducers and their website. all have a proven track record of conversion.

key attributes:

must hold the full cemap qualification or equivalentexperience is essential - at least 2 years of writing mortgage businessexcellent communication skillshave good organisation and management skillsyou must be pro-active and have a real drive to deliver for your client

our client has both employed and self employed options available.

this is an office based role. hours are monday to thursday 9am to 6pm and friday 9am to 5pm

salary: £28,000.00 - £80,000.00 per year
