gi group is looking for a customer service advisor to join one of the lead car dealers in uk and worldwide. this role will suit someone who has a passion for motor trade or experience working within this sector.
our client requires an experienced service advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. as our service advisor you hold an important position within the business in providing an excellent service to our automotive customers to assist in keeping their commercial vehicles on the road
key responsibilities-
* assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
* updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
* scheduling services required for customers.
* dealing with customer queries.
* exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a brilliant team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
* to understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
