adecco is partnering with a specialty minerals company in search of an administrative assistant in dover, oh. this full time, temp-permanent opportunity is an on-site position.

responsibilities for the administrative assistant include but are not limited to:

· calendar management and meeting coordination  

· communicate through phone calls and emails, and taking messages

· supporting internal and external customers

· handle confidential information and adhere to the company’s protocols

· keep records of all documents and ensure they are being properly stored according to the company’s guidelines- 

qualification for the administrative assistant include:

· ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as the capability to complete tasks independently

· open to feedback and be willing to improve when necessary

·excellent customer service skills

· ability to deal with confidential information, and to adhere to the company’s practices

· working fluency in the microsoft office suite, especially with excel, and outlook

· must retain information and learn quickly

· organized and detail oriented

- comfortable working in production environment.
