job summary:

customer service agent responding to customer service questions, troubleshooting and banking services.

customer interaction is via phone, chat and email

responsibilities:

call center atmosphere—both inbound and outbound calling

listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions

resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability

maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

qualifications:

preferably customer service or banking (financial) experience.

looking for individuals with strong computer/technology skills and literacy.

previous customer service experience required. does not need to be office or call center based. any type of prior customer service experience is accepted (for example, retail customer service)
