this role involves managing the case handler team in more2life.

our case handlers process mortgage applications from receipt to completion in line with agreed service levels, policy and criteria. they are responsible for managing all aspects of post-offer applications through to completion in line with agreed service levels, policy and criteria.

as part of this team leader role, you will build internal relationships and work together with all teams within the department to help achieve team and business targets and deliver a quality service to customers.

main duties and responsibilities of a team leader:

ensure that service levels are achieved on a consistent basisensure that clearly defined processes and controls are documented and followed for all the teams' activitiescarry out regular quality monitoring of the activities completed by each team member and act on the results to praise / coach / develop / assist team members where requiredcontinuous process improvement - working with the team and wider business, searching for ways to increase the efficiency and quality of all processes / proceduressupport the personal performance and career development of each team member through monthly one to one meetings and regular informal feedback / coaching sessionsinspire and motivate the team to exceed their potential and career aspirationsmeet and exceed all team targets and work with the other teams in the department to ensure that all department targets are achievedto produce management reports as directed and have the ability to produce ad hoc reporting and analyse complex datawe welcome applications for this team leader role from candidates with experience in any of the following areas: supervisor, financial services, reporting, data analysis.
