Compensation analyst - united states, dallas

adecco is immediately looking for a qualified compensation analyst in dallas, tx. hourly pay is  $36.00 an hour. we are currently seeking for candidates to work hybrid position, mostly remote but in office once a week. shift monday- friday 8am-5pm. please submit a qualified resume to be considered.

 

requirements:

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in compensation to include administration, job analysis, job evaluation, job descriptions and plan document creation.
  •  experience in sales compensation to include administration and analysis.
  •  excellent communication skills with the ability to generate and deliver presentations and create complex plan / policy documents.
  • proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and evaluate data.
  •  financial modeling experience utilizing the advanced features of microsoft excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, if/then statements, macros are a plus and regression analysis).
  •  experience utilizing variable pay, commission and hris systems.
  • experience in base wage and salary administration programs to include market pricing jobs with an understanding of salary bands, merit and performance management programs preferred.

    job duties:

  •  administers the sales commission and variable pay plan calculation and payment process on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  •  utilizes data and analytical insights to assess the accuracy, performance and cost effectiveness of compensation programs.
  • prepares compensation plan documents, policies and guidelines for base pay, variable pay, sales commission, and bonus programs.
  • performs job analysis, job evaluation and prepares job descriptions.
  • evaluates and analyzes job and compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • supports the development and maintenance of the compensation infrastructure to include job codes, job families, salary structure and pay guidelines.
  • assists in the administration of merit and annual bonus processes.
  • supports the team with various compensation related projects.
