adecco staffing is looking for a accounts payable clerk in bothell, wa

$34.60 hr. mon-fri 8am-5pm

temp position- 5-6 months

job duties:

• oversees the corporate travel and expense program
• ensures correct payments of the corporate cards are made in a timely manner
• analyzes expense reports for policy compliance and eligibility for payment
• ensures proper documentation, review, maintenance, and storage of records and audits.
• provides guidance and assistance to travelers and concur users.
• monitors delinquent credit card accounts and noncompliance issues.
• resolves outstanding balances on terminated employees accounts.
• prepare and runs reports for data analysis.
• monitors and maintains program procedures and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• deliver employee training on travel, expense, and corporate credit card programs and policies.
• perform other related duties as assigned.

requirements:

hs diploma/ged

associate degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred

possess expert level of problem-solving skills and judgment.

detail oriented professional with the ability to multi-task.

literacy with microsoft office, especially excel spreadsheets and database functions

follows procedures put in place by the finance team to compile data into worksheets and databases

ability to use reasoning to solve problems that may arise

communicate effectively with fellow team members and members of other departments

utilize established resources to complete work efficiently and effectively

strong customer service skills including excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills

responds to inquiries from other departments

capable of handling confidential information

flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities

detail oriented

highly organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task

strong data entry skills
