the customer service rep position is temp to hire with the opportunity for professional growth within the company.

as a customer service representative, you will assist the sales depart and support their current customer base. other key responsibilities include

handle high volume inbound customer calls and account document management

process orders into company system.

prepare product or service reports to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

processing monthly commission reports based on sales orders

other office support task as needed

 

skills required

proficient with ms office with focus on excel

solid communication skills

ability to multi-task

strong attention to detail

 

experience with sage or peachtree is a plus but not required
