we're recruting for our client in scunthorpe, this business are a heavy manufacturer with a state of the art manufacturing facility. this business are expanding and are looking to employ multiple operators to the business. if you are interested in embarking on a career with a leading manufacturer then this could be the position for you. the person: experienced operating machines in a manufacturing environment. eye for detail - check product for defects. trustworthy / ambitious / resilient. the role: operating machinery and working to order schedules. effectively communicating with the other machine operators, ensure that you work as a team to achieve the targets set. provide feedback to the production manager. ensure you are working to the h&s policies. this position is working a shift pattern of: day and nights rotating on a 4 day (mon to thurs) shift pattern, 6 to 6. week 1: monday thursday, 6am 6pm week 2: monday thursday,6pm 6am & so on. training rate if required is gbp11.50 per hour plus shift pay on a 3 month probation period. for more information contact elle france at questech recruitment or apply today
