mig welder required to assist with 1.5mm mild steel fabrications in our well-established ductwork manufacturing company.
there should be near permanent welding opportunities up until christmas with the current work-loads we have and anticipate. but if the candidate is happy to help out with other labour tasks in the factory such as painting, spot-welding, sealing up, lifting, making mezz frames, etc then the role would be permanent for as long as they would like.
the role is factory based (we don't go out to site, everything done in-house) and in the fun, hard-working environment we have created.
you show us your welding ability and we pretty much let you get on with what you do best!! at the beginning we would show you how the ducts tend to be, what the sketches look like and how the access doors/ frames should be welded on but then you have license to weld!!
