hgv class 1 driver required - newbury

benefits:

 immediate start available

 our client is based in newbury

 monday to friday

 temp to perm

 £17 per hour

 06:00 to 16:00 (46.25 hours per week)

 late model scania's provided whilst working

duties will include:

 work will involve collecting and delivering ro-ro bins between their 3 operational sites and

clients.

 daily vehicle checks are required

 paperwork completion

 parking of all vehicles at the end of everyday

 making sure the cab of your lorry is clean and tidy at all times

 keep in regular contact with the transport manager, yard managers and weighbridge operators at

both sites.

the successful candidate:

 class 1 driving licence (no more than 6 points)

 must hold a drivers cpc licence

 ro-ro (wagon & drag) experience

 problem solver

 be an effective communicator both orally and in writing, and possess an excellent telephone

manner.

 must always look presentable as you are customer facing

 fluent english required
