we are currently recruiting for a sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at a beautiful venue near woking. the sous chef will assist the head chef in leading the brigade in the preparation and service of food across multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

our client is a conference, meeting and wedding venue within an elegant edwardian mansion house, surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside on the outskirts of woking.

the ideal sous chef will have the following:
