what you’ll be doing:

take ownership of a section within our busy production kitchen prepare and cook dishes with pride; ensuring they are made to exact specifications work closely with the kitchen brigade, maintaining an inclusive team environment using your culinary knowledge to ensure the quality levels remain at our high standards partner with the sous chefs, helping them with any given duties in kitchen management delegate responsibilities to kitchen helpers, giving them your knowledge to assist in their development play an active role in keeping your section and the whole kitchen environment up to a high level of kitchen hygiene

what’s essential for us?

previous experience as a chef de partie working on multiple sections impressive knife skills airline catering would be fantastic, although not essential confident working in busy, fast paced culinary environments ambitious and motivated to produce high quality dishes able to communicate effectively in english confident working in a team right to work in the uk
