* sorting mail and parcels into the correct postal areas

* manual lifting

* have the ability to stand for long periods of time

* comply with all health & safety policies and procedures.

* ability to communicate professionally and clearly at all times

* conduct yourself in an appropriate and professional manner

* be courteous and respectful to your colleagues

* be able to get to work via your own/public transport
